Assists in the execution of our store operations (warehouse & floor) and performs assigned activities diligently. Assists in ensuring that merchandise is available for customers by helping when merchandise has been delivered and the sales floor needs to be restocked.

• Preparation of goods (unpacking, securing, labeling, ironing)
• Stocking/restocking goods on the sales floor
• Maintains an appealing, pleasant environment where customers enjoy shopping
• Actively learns basic knowledge and facts about seasonal products in his/her store area and incorporates these into the service approach
• Adheres to the rules and procedures (House of Retail rules) that apply to the store
• If applicable: Support with our omnichannel tools: Ship from Store, Endless Aisle, Click & Collect
• Work productively and respectfully with team members.
