The seemaxx outlet is continuing to develop: from mid-April, modernization measures will begin in the right-hand middle block of the center on the ground floor, with the aim of making this area even more attractive, open and modern.
As part of the redesign, new, contemporary store concepts and additional, spacious retail areas will be created around the Levi’s and Marc O’Polo stores. A particular highlight will be a redesigned entrance area with an inviting glass front and modern display windows, which will visually enhance the right-hand middle block on the first floor and ensure an even more pleasant shopping experience.
The Kennel & Schmenger, Levi’s, Marc O’Polo and Tom Tailor stores will move to temporary alternative spaces from mid-April. Levi’s will be located directly opposite the old store, while Marc O’Polo and Kennel & Schmenger can be found on the left-hand side of the ground floor (towards the Service Point). Tom Tailor is moving to the 1st floor during the renovation work. You can find the exact locations in our center map.
As part of this further development, Café Daniels will cease operations at the seemaxx outlet in mid-April. The previous space will be integrated into the new design and will form part of the modernized store and entrance area in future.
The gastronomic offering is also being rethought: in future, the gastronomy will be more widely distributed throughout the outlet in order to offer visitors even more variety and flexibility. During the transition phase, a varied gastronomy concept with changing food trucks and mobile offers in the indoor and outdoor areas will ensure culinary diversity.
