This declaration on accessibility applies to the website of seemaxx Marketing UG (haftungsbeschränkt) published at seemaxx.de.

 

2. general description of the service

The website of seemaxx Marketing UG (haftungsbeschränkt) enables users to find out about products, offers and services of the seemaxx Outlet Center, to contact
and to register for the VIP Club.

and the Ordinance to the BFSG (BFSGV). The requirements have been binding since June 28, 2025.

The technical basis is EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03), which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformance level AA.

7 Assistive technology and accessibility plugin

The AccessGO accessibility plugin from DGfB Deutsche Gesellschaft für Barrierefreiheit mbH (www.accessgo.de) is offered on the website.
It allows users to adapt the display to individual restrictions or preferences.

The plugin can be accessed via the AccessGO icon on the website or by using the keyboard shortcut ALT + 1.
All functions are fully keyboard accessible. Customizable aspects include:

  • Font size
  • Contrast (including high contrast mode)
  • Highlighting links
  • Activation of an integrated screen reader
