Founded in 2012 as Jacqueline de Young, our story began in a small town in central Jutland, Denmark. As a sub-brand of ONLY and part of the BESTSELLER family, our entry into the fashion industry was based on a strong ambition to fill the gap in the market for easy-to-sell basics.

Thanks to BESTSELLER’s longstanding culture and tradition of experienced fashion retailers and JACQUELINE de YONG’s focus on affordable essentials, we were able to offer the fashion industry a new perspective on fashion and launch our first collection in January 2013.

2021: Newly launched as JDY, we are proud to work with more than 3,000 wholesalers who offer our products in 38 different countries around the world.
