Relaxed shopping fun with the little ones: At the seemaxx Outlet Center, you can borrow a buggy for the duration of your outlet visit. This service is free of charge. A (photo) ID must be left at the Infopoint as a deposit.

You can use free WLAN at the seemaxx Outlet Center. Simply select “free-key seemaxx” and log in.

The seemaxx Outlet Center is as barrier-free as possible for you: parking spaces, toilets, ramps, walkways and doors are easily accessible. Simply show your proof of disability at the Infopoint and you will receive a free exit ticket.

We are happy about every dog in the seemaxx Outlet Center. However, please keep them on a leash throughout the center.

Does your e-bike need power? You can charge it for free in front of the seemaxx Outlet Center.

When buying

Depending on the store, VAT refunds are made either via Global Blue or via an export certificate. Which option is used can vary from store to store. You will receive the appropriate form directly with your purchase together with your invoice at the checkout.

At customs

When you start your journey home, you present your purchases, receipts and passport to customs. Your export certificate will be stamped there and the export confirmed. This must be done within three months of purchase.

Reimbursement

With the stamped proof of export, go back to the seemaxx store where you received the form. There you will receive a full refund of the VAT.

The seemaxx Outlet Center has 450 parking spaces with automatic license plate recognition. There is a charge for parking, but as a seemaxx customer you can park for free for the first hour. Simply enter your license plate number at one of the tablets opposite the Infopoint.
